Knowing what you want from life probably seems fairly straightforward. Yet I’m often surprised how few people really have a deep seated knowledge of their own needs and desires. Far too many of us wander through without any thought of where we’re going or how we’ll get there, or even knowing whether we want to get there in the first place.

Instead we spend our lives ‘wishing on a star’. We wish to be loved. We wish to be happy. We wish to be rich. … Wishing may give you a moment’s pleasure, but it won’t give you what you’re wishing for.
If you want to get back an ex then you have to think it, plan it, believe it, and expect that universal laws ill bring it to you.
You shouldn’t be spending all your time wishing for your ex to walk back into your life and profess their undying love. Wishing is a waste of time if you aren’t taking actions to make them come true. Worse, they can blind you to what you really should be doing in order to achieve your dreams, whatever those dreams may be.
You wouldn’t expect that wishing for a holiday would suddenly find you lazing on some idyllic beach, sipping pina colada’s, watching beautiful sunsets and enjoying the most wonderful holiday of your life. If that’s what you were wishing for, you’d plan it to make sure you got what you wanted and didn’t end up in some crummy, run down motel miles from anywhere.
The same goes for getting back with an ex. If you work out the ‘how’ it’s much easier to set about actually doing it. But once you do it, you also have to believe that it’s going to happen and you must allow the universe to bring it to you. Don’t try messing with universal laws that you know nothing about. Having planned your dream holiday and boarded the plane, would you then proceed to tell the pilot how to get you to your destination?
Sometimes it’s hard to accept that a relationship which has been broken for a while can ever be fixed. Especially, if you see your ex lover seemingly moving on with their lives and wrapped in someone else’s arms. But accept it you must. If the Universe has given you a love for one person, trust that it was done for a reason. Your ex may not be aware of the laws of the Universe, but you are. You just have to abide by them, much as you abide by the laws of your country.
Quit wishing on stars. I hate to be so blunt when I know that you are probably feeling at your lowest point right now. But speaking from personal experience, it’s only when you start turning your wishes into actions that the Universe can do what you expect it to do.
